HRRefund policy
Our subscription payments are not refundable – you can cancel automatic renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

1. No refunds
Subscription payments for DynaSys HR are not refundable. This applies to annual and monthly plans, to additional licensed employees and to any unused part of a paid period, including when the number of employees is reduced or a plan is changed during a term.
2. Cancel any time
You can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time from Settings › Subscription & License or by contacting us. After cancellation, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
3. Try before you pay
Before subscribing, you can request a free demo to evaluate DynaSys HR with sample data, so you can decide with confidence.
4. Charges made in error
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation took effect, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will correct it.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
6. Payments and our payment provider
Online payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the reseller of record for online orders. Questions about a charge can be sent to us through the contact page or to [email protected].
